A student throughout his life, JS Bach wrote music in every genre of his time and dedicated himself to learning to compose in every musical style. Played on the clavichord, harpsichord and early fortepiano by Elena Vorotko, the Italian Concerto exemplifies Bach’s studiousness, wit and brilliant imagination.
